Familia disfuncional como factor asociado al inicio de la vida sexual en adolescentes del 4to. Y 5to. De secundaria de la I.E. Ricardo Palma de Trujillo

Abstract

Determinar si la familia disfuncional es un factor asociado al inicio de la vida sexual en adolescentes del 4to y 5to año de secundaria de la I.E. Ricardo Palma de Trujillo Material y métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio transversal en 91 estudiantes de educación secundaria, según criterios de selección los cuales se dividieron en función de la presencia o no de disfunción familiar, para lo cual se realizó la determinación del odds ratio y de su correspondiente intervalo de confianza de 95%. Resultados: Se encontró que la familia disfuncional es un factor asociado al inicio de vida sexual en estudiantes de 4to y 5to año de secundaria con un odds ratio e 5.49 el cual fue significativo (p<0.05); además el porcentaje de familias disfuncionales encontradas por la encuesta fue de 25% y las funcionales fue de 75%; la frecuencia de inicio de vida sexual en estudiantes de 4to y 5to año de secundaria fue de 29/91 = 32%; la distribución según tipo de método anticonceptivo de elección en estudiantes de 4to y 5to año con inicio de vida sexual fue: preservativo (76%); ampolla (14%); píldora (7%) e implante hormonal (3%). Conclusión: La familia disfuncional es un factor asociado al inicio de la vida sexual en adolescentes del 4to y 5to año de secundaria de la I.E. Ricardo Palma de Trujillo.

To determine if the dysfunctional family is a factor associated with the beginning of sexual life in adolescents of the 4th and 5th year of secondary school of the I.E. Ricardo Palma of Trujillo. Conclusion: The dysfunctional family is a factor associated with the beginning of sexual life in adolescents of the 4th and 5th year of secondary school of the I.E. Ricardo Palma of Trujillo.
