Impacto del desgarro obstétrico en la experiencia sexual de mujeres en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. 2020

Abstract

En la presente investigación se determinará el impacto del desgarro obstétrico en la experiencia sexual de mujeres en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo - 2020; es por ello que se realizó una investigación de diseño descriptivo simple de relación, en 78 mujeres que sufrieron de desgarros obstétricos a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario; obteniendo como resultados que el 100% de mujeres con desgarro obstétrico de grado III y IV manifestaron que los cambios físicos tienen impacto en relación a su experiencia sexual. El 71.4% de mujeres con desgarro obstétrico de III y IV grado manifestaron que los cambios emocionales tienen impacto en su experiencia sexual después del parto. Así mismo, se determinó que existe relación entre el nivel de desgarro obstétrico y el reinicio de la experiencia sexual con una significancia de p=0.001. Concluyendo que el desgarro obstétrico tiene un impacto en la experiencia sexual de mujeres en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo.2020 con una significancia de p < 0.05

In the present investigation, the impact of the obstetric tear on the sexual experience of women at the Hospital Belen de Trujillo - 2020 will be determined; that is why a simple descriptive relationship design research was carried out in 78 women who suffered from obstetric tears to whom a questionnaire was applied; obtaining as results that 85.7% of women with grade III and IV obstetric tears stated that physical changes have an impact in relation to their sexual experience. 71.4% of women with III- and IV-degree obstetric tears stated that emotional changes have an impact on their sexual experience after childbirth. Likewise, it was determined that there is a relationship between the level of obstetric tear and the resumption of sexual experience with a significance of p=0.001. Concluding that the obstetric tear has an impact on the sexual experience of women at the Hospital Belen de Trujillo. 2020 with a significance of p < 0.05.
