dc.description.abstract | En esta investigación, se ejerció básicamente un estudio correlacional entre Competencia
parental percibida y Bienestar psicológico en educandos de secundaria de una organización educativa
estatal de Trujillo. Su finalidad se basa en determinar la relación entre ambas variables, se operó con una
población de 198 alumnos de 4to y 5to grado de nivel secundario entre 15 y 17 años, de ambos sexos, con
un porcentaje de 27,3% masculino y un 72,7% femenino con matrícula valida en el año 2019. La muestra
estratificada quedó constituida por 131 estudiantes. Para el recojo de datos se empleó la Escala de
Competencia Parental Percibida versión para hijos(as) (ECPP-H) de Bayot y Hernández (2008); y el
Cuestionario de Bienestar Psicológico de Bieps-J Casullo, M. (2002). Los resultados dan cuenta que existe
una correlación altamente significativa (p<.01) y directa, entre las dimensiones Implicación parental y
resolución de conflictos de Competencia Parental Percibida y Bienestar Psicológico; sin embargo, no se
encontró correlación entre consistencia disciplinar y bienestar psicológico en alumnos de 4to y 5to grado
de secundaria. Los alumnos de dicha muestra se encuentran en elevado porcentaje en nivel alto de las
dimensiones de competencia parental percibida; mientras tanto en lo que se refiere a bienestar
psicológico se ubica en mayoría en el nivel medio | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | In the present investigation, a correlational study was carried out between perceived parental
competence and psychological well-being in high school students from a state educational institution in
Trujillo. This aimed to determine the relationship between both variables, we worked with a population
of 198 students of 4th and 5th grade of secondary level with ages between 15 and 17 years, of both sexes,
with a percentage of 27.3% male and a 72.7% female with current enrollment in the 2019 school year.
The stratified sample was made up of 131 students. For data collection, the Perceived Parental
Competence Scale for children (ECPP-H) by Bayot and Hernández (2008) was used; and the Bieps-J Casullo,
M. (2002) Psychological Well-being Questionnaire. The results show that there is a highly significant (p
<.01) and direct correlation between the dimensions Parental involvement and conflict resolution of
Perceived Parental Competence and Psychological Well-being; However, no correlation was found
between disciplinary consistency and psychological well-being in 4th and 5th grade secondary school
students. The students in the sample are located in a higher percentage in the high level of the dimensions
of perceived parental competence; meanwhile, in what refers to psychological well-being, it is located in
