relationship between mental health and Internet addiction in adolescents from a state
educational institution in Sullana. The sample consisted of 157 female students, from 1st to 5th
grade of the secondary level, who were given the Brief Mental Health Inventory-5 [MHI-5]
Scale and the Internet Addiction Scale of Lima (EAIL). It was found that there is a significant,
indirect and medium-grade relationship between mental health and internet addiction in female
students (rho= -.398; p<.01), in this way, it is concluded that greater mental health is associated
with less Internet addiction. | en_US |
