Propuesta de diseño arquitectónico de la Escuela de Educación Superior Tecnológica John A. Mackay en el Distrito de Rioja, Región San Martin

Abstract

La “Propuesta De Diseño Arquitectónico De La Escuela De Educación Superior Tecnológica John A. Mackay En El Distrito De Rioja, Región San Martin”, permitirá promover la educación superior tecnológica para la comunidad del distrito de Rioja. Actualmente no cuenta con un equipamiento de categoría Educación Superior Tecnológica, y la oferta existente es deficiente tanto en sus programas educativos, ya que no ofrecen el grado de Bachiller, como en su infraestructura, al no aprovechar las condiciones de su entorno y no beneficiar de una manera óptima al usuario con sus instalaciones. Por ello en la presente tesis se diseña una propuesta teniendo como finalidad revalorar el paisaje urbano - rural, rehabilitando la construcción ya existente en el instituto y que la propuesta arquitectónica favorezca el desarrollo de una óptima educación de grado superior de calidad. Se trabajó en base a los requerimientos del promotor, necesidades del usuario y con parte del personal que trabaja actualmente en el instituto, por lo que podemos afirmar la calidad y funcionalidad del proyecto.

The ““Architectural Design Proposal for the John A. Mackay Higher Technological Education School in the Rioja District, San Martin Region““, will promote technological higher education for the Rioja district community. Currently, it does not have equipment of the Higher Technological Education category, and the existing offer is deficient both in its educational programs, since they do not offer the Bachelor's degree, and in its infrastructure, as it does not take advantage of the conditions of its environment and does not benefit from an optimal way to the user with their facilities. For this reason, in the present thesis a proposal is designed with the aim of revaluing the urban-rural landscape, rehabilitating the existing construction in the institute and that the architectural proposal favors the development of an optimal quality higher level education. We worked based on the developer's requirements, user needs and with part of the staff currently working at the institute, so we can confirm the quality and functionality of the project.
