Nueva sede del ministerio público del Callao en el marco del nuevo código procesal penal

Abstract

En la actualidad, en la coyuntura nacional a nivel de establecimientos institucionales judiciales se observa que no contamos con una adecuada infraestructura judicial, que nos otorgue todos los servicios que estas conllevan. En la presente tesis de Ministerio Publico en el marco del nuevo código procesal penal, proponemos dar una mejor imagen a lo que a establecimientos institucionales se trata, agrupando en un solo espacio todos los servicios que una fiscalía provincial ofrece para el mejor funcionamiento y eficacia de la institución , ya que todos los ambientes se encontraran en el mismo establecimiento, esto generara que los habitantes de la provincia del callao ya no tengan que ir a diferentes puntos de la ciudad para poder realizar estas diligencias fiscales, como es el caso de la división médico legal, esta área jamás fue relacionada directamente en el mismo entorno con las fiscalías provinciales y distritales, y a su vez jamás todas las diferentes fiscalías estaban juntas en un mismo establecimiento, por temas de espacio e infraestructura, promoviendo una integración social entre los usuarios. En este proyecto se emplaza frente un entorno inmediato de centro hospitalarios como la DIRESA, Hospital Alberto Sabogal, Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrón, esto facilitara el trabajo de estos establecimientos creando una relación más dinámica entre estos.

At present, in the national situation at the level of judicial institutional establishments, it is observed that we do not have an adequate judicial infrastructure, which provides us with all the services that these entail. In this thesis of the Public Prosecutor's Office, within the framework of the new criminal procedure code, we propose to give a better image to the institutional establishments, grouping in a single space all the services that a provincial prosecutor's office offers for the better functioning and efficiency of the institution, since all the environments will be found in the same establishment, This will generate that the inhabitants of the province of Callao no longer have to go to different parts of the city to perform these proceedings prosecutors, as is the case of the forensic medical division, this area was never directly related in the same environment with the provincial and district prosecutors, and in turn never all the different prosecutors were together in the same establishment, for issues of space and infrastructure, promoting social integration among the users. This project is located in the immediate surroundings of hospitals such as DIRESA, Alberto Sabogal Hospital, and Daniel Alcides Carrón Hospital, which will facilitate the work of these establishments and create a more dynamic relationship between them.
