dc.description.abstract | Demostrar que la infección por Helycobacter pylori es un factor asociado a trombocitopenia en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo durante el periodo 2011 – 2015. Material y Métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo analítico, observacional, retrospectivo, seccional, transversal. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 135 pacientes adultos; quienes se dividieron en 2 grupos: con infección por Helicobacter pylori y sin ella. Resultados: No se encontraron diferencias significativas en relación a edad, género y procedencia entre los pacientes con infección por Helicobacter pylori y sin ella. La frecuencia de trombocitopenia en pacientes con infección por Helycobacter pylori fue 9%. La frecuencia de trombocitopenia en pacientes sin infección por Helycobacter pylori fue 2%. La infección por Helycobacter pylori es factor asociado a trombocitopenia con un odds ratio de 4.6 el cual fue significativo (p<0.05). Conclusiones: La infección por Helycobacter pylori es un factor asociado a trombocitopenia en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | Show that Helicobacter pylori infection associated is a hrombocytopenia in patients treated at the Bethlehem Hospital of Trujillo factor during the period 2011 – 2015. Material and Methods: An analytical study, observational, retrospective, sectional, cross type was carried out. The study population consisted of 135 adult patients; who they were divided into 2 groups: with helicobacter pylori infection without it. Results: No significant differences were found in relation to age, gender and origin among patients with Helicobacter pylori infection without it. The frequency of thrombocytopenia in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection was 9%. The frequency of thrombocytopenia in patients without Helicobacter pylori infection was 2%. Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with thrombocytopenia with an odds ratio of 4.6 which was significant (p <0.05) factor. Conclusions: Helicobacter pylori infection and associated with thrombocytopenia n patients treated at the Bethlehem Hospital of Trujillo factor. | en_US |
