Propuesta de plan estratégico para la Empresa Constructora y Servicios S.A. del año 2016 al 2021, Trujillo - La Libertad

Abstract

En el presente documento se elabora la PROPUESTA DE PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA LA EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA Y SERVICIOS S.A., DEL AÑO 2016 AL 2021, TRUJILLO-LA LIBERTAD.” El plan estratégico es el resultado de un exhaustivo análisis de los factores externos e internos del servicio de mantenimiento de agua potable y alcantarillado en nuestra ciudad que realiza CONSERSA, los cuales permitieron identificar las principales oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas, y debilidades de la industria. Asimismo, a partir de la elaboración de diferentes matrices, se pudieron establecer las estrategias principales para cumplir con los objetivos a corto y largo plazo, también la visión.

Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos se recopiló información mediante entrevistas al Gerente y aplicación de encuestas a los clientes y empleados de la misma, con lo cual se conoció la situación actual de la empresa, base para proponer la planeación estratégica, determinada en los ejes de desarrollo como son: Capacitación al personal y mantener responsabilidad en su área de trabajo; así mismo se planteó la misión, visión y los valores organizacionales de la empresa.

Esta propuesta de plan estratégico debe considerar los fenómenos de la competencia manifestados por la proliferación de empresas que prestan el mismo servicio. Es por ello que, con la aplicación de estrategias propuestas luego de un minucioso análisis, se busca generar en CONSERSA una ventaja competitiva. Cada estrategia tiene sus respectivas tácticas, y éstas sus operaciones.

Se obtuvieron 9 estrategias a aplicar, que ayudarán a que CONSERSA mantenga el enfoque en el futuro y el presente, además de que favorece a la dirección y coordinación organizacional. Las estrategias, tácticas y operaciones son las siguientes:

Also, from the development of different matrix, we were able to establish the main strategies to meet long-term goals and their shortterm

goals, with the purpose to achieve the vision outlined.

To fulfill the objectives it was necessary to implement a methodology for the correct analysis of internal and external factors of the company; information was compiled by interviewing the manager and we also made surveys to customers and employees thereof, which the current actual situation of the company, the base was known to propose strategic planning, determined on the axes of development as: Training staff and maintain responsibility in their work area; Likewise the strategic objectives were established: the mission and vision, and organizational values of the company.

This proposed strategic plan should consider competition phenomena appear with the proliferation of companies providing the same service. That is why, with the implementation of proposed strategies after careful analysis, we want to create a competitive advantage in CONSERSA. Each strategy has its own tactics, and these tactics have their operations.

After we made the methodology of the strategic plan, we obtained 9 strategies to implement, strategies that will help CONSERSA maintain the focus in the future and the present. In addition, these strategies help to control the organizational direction.
