dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación
entre los factores psicosociales y el estrés laboral en las internas de
obstetricia de los Hospitales de III nivel MINSA, 2017 – 2019. Se realizó
un estudio de tipo observacional de diseño correlacional; en una
muestra de 87 internas de obstetricia de la Universidad Privada Antenor
Orrego a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario CoPsoQISTAS21 para
medir factores psicosociales y el cuestionario OIT-OMS para medir
estrés laboral. Los hallazgos evidenciaron que 35.6% de los factores
psicosociales en las internas de obstetricia es indiferente y solo el 4.6%
es adverso y en cuanto a estrés laboral en las internas de obstetricia
es tolerable en un 57.5% y 23% en la categoría medio. Se concluye,
que existe relación directa significativa entre los factores psicosociales
con el estrés laboral en las internas de obstetricia de los Hospitales de
III Nivel MINSA 2017 – 2019 (Rho = 0,799, p= 0.00, alfa = 0.05). | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present research has as objective to determine the relationship between
psychosocial factors and work stress in obstetrics interns of the III level MINSA
Hospitals, 2017 - 2019. The following observational research of correlational design
was carried out in a sample of 87 interns of obstetrics of the Universidad Privada
Antenor Orrego to whom the CoPsoQISTAS21 questionnaire was applied to
measure psychosocial factors and the ILO-WHO questionnaire to measure
occupational stress. The findings showed that 35.6% of the psychosocial factors in
obstetrics interns are indifferent and only 4.6% are adverse and as for work stress
in obstetrics interns it is tolerable in 57.5% and 23% in the medium category. It is
concluded that there is a significant direct relationship between psychosocial factors
and work stress in obstetrics interns of the III Level Hospitals MINSA 2017 - 2019
