Salario emocional y la efectividad en los trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de San Martin de Pangoa Año 2022

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre el salario emocional y la efectividad de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Martín de Pangoa 2022. Se empleó un diseño correlacional de tipo transversal, aplicando la técnica de encuesta, para el cual se desarrolló un instrumento de 15 preguntas. La población estuvo conformada por todos los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Martín de Pangoa, la muestra fue de 50 trabajadores del área de recursos humanos; se utilizó la prueba estadística de Spearman como prueba de hipótesis, el cual se obtuvo como valor de significancia un resultado menor a 0.05; concluyéndose que si existe relación directa entre el salario emocional y la efectividad de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Martín de Pangoa 2022.

The main objective of the research is to determine the relationship that exists between the emotional salary and the effectiveness of the workers of the District Municipality of the District Municipality of San Martín de Pangoa 2022. A cross sectional correlational design was used, applying the technique of survey, for which a 15-question questionnaire was developed. The population was made up of all the workers of the District Municipality of the San Martín de Pangoa District Municipality, the sample was 50 workers from the human resources area, Spearman's statistical test was used, which obtained as a result 0.05 with a level of significance which determines that if there is a direct relationship between the emotional salary and the effectiveness of the workers of the District Municipality of San Martín de Pangoa 2022.
