Síndrome de Burnout en docentes de la Escuela de Estomatología – UPAO 2014

Abstract

Objetivo: Conocer el Nivel de Síndrome de Burnout en los docentes de la Escuela de Estomatología UPAO. Diseño: Observacional, prospectivo, transversal y descriptivo. Ámbito de estudio: Clínica Estomatológica de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. Población: 67 odontólogos. Resultados: El Nivel de Síndrome de Burnout el área más afectada fue realización personal con un 96.88%. Respecto al sexo masculino en 44 docentes encontramos un nivel alto de realización personal con un 100% en contraposición al sexo femenino con 18 docentes obtuvieron 90%; igualmente en los solteros con 21 docentes se ubicaron en el nivel alto de realización personal con el 100% y 38 docentes casados un 97.44%. Se encontró que 60 docentes con ≤ 20 horas de trabajo predomino el nivel alto de realización personal en un 97.77%. Según área de desempeño 37 docentes del área de rehabilitación oral se ubicaron en el nivel alto de realización personal en un 97.37% seguido el área de cirugía con un 96.15%. Según institución de trabajo 53 docentes que laboran en UPAO se encontró en el nivel alto de realización personal con un 96.36%.
