Nivel de conocimiento de los padres sobre la ingesta de alimentos erosivos en el jardín “Niño Jesús” Casa Grande 2022

Abstract

Determinar el nivel de conocimiento que tienen los padres de familia sobre la ingesta de alimentos erosivos en el jardín “Niño Jesús” en el distrito de Casa Grande 2022 Material y Método: Fue un estudio transversal y observacional. Se ejecutó en 155 padres de familia del jardín “Niño Jesús” en el distrito de Casa Grande 2022. Se llegó aplicar una encuesta validada por expertos, con la prueba V de Aiken = 1 y la confiabilidad de coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0.834. En esta investigación se utiliza la estadística descriptiva, presentando tablas de doble entrada para la presentación. Resultados: El nivel de conocimiento sobre alimentos erosivos que obtuvo la mayoría de padres de familia en el jardín fue el nivel insuficiente con un 80% del total. Según la edad de los encuestados, el nivel predominante es el nivel insuficiente con 3.87% menores de 20, 23.87% de 22 a 29 años y un 52.9% mayores de 30 años. Según el género de los participantes, el género femenino obtuvo un 70.97% y el género masculino un 12.26% con un nivel insuficiente Conclusión: Se determinó que los padres de familia del jardín “Niño Jesús” en Casa Grande 2022 tienen un nivel conocimiento insuficiente con respecto a alimentos erosivos

To determine the level of knowledge that parents have about erosive food intake in the kindergarten ““Niño Jesús““ in the district of Casa Grande 2022. Method: It was a cross-sectional and observational study. It was carried out among 155 parents of the ““Niño Jesús““ kindergarten in the district of Casa Grande 2022. A survey validated by experts was applied, with Aiken's V test = 1 and the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.834. Descriptive statistics are used in this research, presenting double-entry tables for presentation. Results: The level of knowledge about erosive foods obtained by the majority of parents in the garden was the insufficient level with 80% of the total. According to the age of the respondents, the predominant level is the insufficient level with 3.87% under 20, 23.87% from 22 to 29 years old and 52.9% over 30 years old. According to the gender of the participants, the female gender obtained 70.97% and the male gender 12.26% with an insufficient level. Conclusion: The parents of the kindergarten ““Niño Jesús““, Casa Grande 2022 have an insufficient level of knowledge regarding erosive foods.
