Relación terapéutica enfermera - usuario según la teoria de Hildegard Peplau desde la perspectiva del adulto quirurgico - hospital Belén de Trujillo - 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación descriptivo de corte transversal, analizó la relación terapéutica entre la enfermera - usuario del adulto quirúrgico del hospital Belén de Trujillo, las bases teóricas están sustentadas en la teoría de Hildergad Peplau. Participaron 100 usuarios del servicio de cirugía A y B. Utilizando un cuestionario, evaluando las cuatro fases. Los resultados mostraron en la primera fase de orientación que 29 % tiene buena relación, el 43% con regular relación y un 28% con una deficiente relación terapéutica entre enfermera-usuario, en la segunda fase de identificación se muestra que el 42% tiene buena relación, el 47% regular relación y el 11% una deficiente relación, en la tercera fase de aprovechamiento un 42 % perciben buena relación, el 32% regular relación y el 26% deficiente relación y en la fase final de resolución el 22% perciben buena relación el 55.0% regular relación y el 23.0% deficiente relación terapéutica entre enfermera-usuario.

The present descriptive cross-sectional research study analyzed the therapeutic relationship between the nurse - user of the surgical adult of the Belén de Trujillo hospital, the theoretical bases are based on the theory of Hildergad Peplau. 100 users of surgery A and B participated.
