Implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional para disminuir los riesgos laborales en la empresa de calzado inversiones ASHLYN SHOES EIRL – Tujillo 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer la implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional para disminuir los riesgos laborales en la empresa de calzado Inversiones Ashlyn Shoes EIRL Se consideró como población a todos los colaboradores de la empresa (25), los cuales fueron evaluados para el estudio. Se tomó en cuenta el análisis de la situación actual y se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, empleando como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados de la investigación, permitieron comprobar el precario conocimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial; por tal motivo se recomendó la inmediata puesta en marcha de implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional en la organización.

The objective of this investigation was to propose the implementation of an occupational health and safety system to reduce occupational risks in the footwear company Inversiones Ashlyn Shoes EIRL. All employees of the company (25) were considered as population, which were evaluated for the study. The analysis of the current situation was taken into account and the survey technique was used, using the questionnaire as an instrument. The results of the investigation, allowed to verify the precarious knowledge of the industrial security norms; For this reason, the immediate start-up of the implementation of the occupational health and safety system in the organization was recommended.
