Plan de negocios para la implementación de una residencia universitaria de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en la ciudad de Trujillo - 2015

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la factibilidad de la implementación de una residencia universitaria para los alumnos de la Universidad privada Antenor Orrego, para demostrar su factibilidad, se considera importante esta propuesta porque surge como iniciativa para albergar a alumnos provenientes de otros departamentos y ciudades y poder brindar condiciones adecuadas para su máxima comodidad en el desarrollo de sus actividades académicas en lo que dure su carrera universitaria dentro de UPAO., para determinar la aceptación del servicio fue aplicada una encuesta a un mercado objetivo definido. Analizada la información recolectada en dicho estudio se procedió a calcular el posible ingreso, para luego ser evaluados con el monto de la inversión requerida para la implementación de la residencia, la cual se determinó en el estudio técnico. Dentro del plan de negocios se demostró la factibilidad comercial del servicio mediante la aceptación del servicio obtenida en el estudio de mercado, la factibilidad legal debido que no existe impedimento alguno para el funcionamiento del establecimiento, la factibilidad organizacional también fue demostrada al contar con el recurso humano capacitado para brindar un servicio eficaz, asimismo en el estudio técnico se demostró la factibilidad que existe de poder contar con el equipamiento, la infraestructura, los servicios, proveedores, etc requeridos para la implementación y funcionamiento, finalmente en el estudio económico y financiero se concluyo que el servicio a ofrecer resulta siendo rentable y atractivo obteniendo un VAN dentro de los parámetros aceptables asimismo una TIR aceptable tanto económica como financieramente.

Within the business plan showed the commercial feasibility of the service through the acceptance of the service obtained in the study of market, the feasibility that legal action because there is no impediment to the operation of the establishment, the organizational feasibility was also demonstrated to the count with the human resources trained to provide an effective service, also in the technical study demonstrated the feasibility that there is to be able to count on the equipment, infrastructure, services, suppliers, etc required for the deployment and operation, finally in the economic and financial study concluded that the service to provide it is still profitable and attractive getting a VAN within acceptable parameters a TIR also acceptable both economically and financially.
