Propuesta de gestión de riesgos del mejoramiento Institución Educativa Inicial N° 034 Nuevo Mocupe distrito de Lagunas y provincia de Chiclayo

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó para tener como resultado una propuesta Gestión de Riesgos con lineamientos del PMBOK y así obtener como resultado cumplir los plazos y calidad reduciendo los riesgos de la edificación Institución Educativa inicial N° 034 Nnuevo Mocupe distrito Lagunas y provincia de Chiclayo. Cumpliendo la metodología del Project Management Istitute (PMI), ayudará a identificar los riesgos y sus causas; así gestionarlos y tener un protocolo de respuesta antes uno de estos riesgos y mitigar sus efectos en la obra; su fin de esta investigación es tener riesgos positivos y los negativos mitigarlos y gestionarlos; así tendremos tanto para el cliente como el contratista cumplimientos de plazos y no habrá sobrecostos gracias a los lineamientos seguidos por la guía metodológica PMBOK

The present investigation was carried out to result in a Risk Management proposal with PMBOK guidelines and thus obtain as a result meeting the deadlines and quality by reducing the risks of the building Initial Educational Institution No. 034 Nnuevo Mocupe Lagunas district and Chiclayo province. Complying with the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology, it will help to identify risks and their causes; thus manage them and have a response protocol before one of these risks and mitigate their effects on the work; His purpose of this investigation is to have positive risks and the negative ones to mitigate and manage them; Thus, both the client and the contractor will meet deadlines and there will be no cost overruns thanks to the guidelines followed by the PMBOK methodological guide.
