dc.description.abstract | Determinar factores asociados a incidencia y morbimortalidad materna
pre Gestacional OR=3.841(1.918-7.690) p = 0.000, ganancia de peso Gestacional >10kg
OR=2.353(1.235-4.482) p= 0.005; sexo del feto masculino OR=0.51 (0.282-0.922) p=
0.018. No fueron factores de riesgo la edad materna p = 0.067, la paridad p = 0.067;
hiperglicemia materna p= 0.737; antecedentes macrosómicos p= 0.38; edad Gestacional
p= 0.13 y ecografía prenatal de macrosomía p= 0.9.
| es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | To determine factors associated with incidence and maternal
morbidity and mortality of pregnancies with fetal macrosoma.
Material and methods: Through an analytical, observational study, cases and
nested controls at the Regional Hospital of Abancay, studied 500 pregnancies to
measure risk of morbidity and mortality rates and incidence of macrosomía fetal.
RESULTS: The rate of incidence of fetal macrosomia was 10.6%. The maternal
mortality rate was 0%. In gestation In gestational morbidity: caesarean section
17/50(34%) vs the delivery vs. 0/50(0%) 173/450(38.4%)p=0.738,inducción
20/450(4.4%) p = 0.116. Shoulder dystocia 0/50(0%) vs 1/450(0.2%),p= 0.9.
hemorrhage postpartum 4/50 (8%) vs 14/450 (3.1%), p = 0.04. cervical-perineal
tear 22/50(44%) vs 123/450(27.31%), p = 0.013; in the group with vs. without
macrosomia respectively. Risk factors of incidence of fetal macrosomia were
body mass index pre gestational OR = 3 841 (1918-7.690) p = 0.000, gestational
weight gain > 10 kg OR = 2. 353(1. (1.235-4.482) p = 0.005; sex male OR = 0 51
(0.282-0.922) p = 0.018. Maternal age were not risk factors p = 0.067, parity p =
0.067; maternal hyperglycemia p = 0.737; history of macrosomia p = 0.38;
gestational age p = 0.13 and prenatal ultrasound of macrosomia p = 0.9.
CONCLUSIONS: Were risk factors for incidence of fetal macrosomia,
overweight pre-pregnancy, greater than 10 kg on gestation, and male sex was
protective. Post-partum hemorrhage and cervical perineal tear are associated with
the incidence of fetal macrosomia. | en_US |
