Adopción del rol materno en relación con el nivel de vinculación madre adolescente - recién nacido. Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray. 2014

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación descriptivo correlacional, se desarrolló con el propósito de determinar la relación que existe entre la adopción del rol materno y el nivel de vinculación madre adolescente – recién nacido en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray en el año 2014. La muestra estuvo constituida por 92 madres adolescentes primíparas y su recién nacido, para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos, el primero para determinar la adopción del rol materno en madres adolescentes y el segundo sobre el nivel de vinculación madre adolescente – recién nacido. Se encuentra que el 23,91% de las madres adolescentes primíparas presentaron buena adopción del rol materno; el 63,04% regular y el 13,05% malo. En lo referente al nivel de vinculación madre adolescente – recién nacido, se evidencia que el 46,74% presentaron un nivel de vinculación bueno, y el 53.26% presentaron regular nivel de vinculación con su recién nacido; asimismo se determinó que entre ambas variables existe relación estadística significativa (p < 0.05).

The present correlational descriptive research was developed with the purpose of determining the relationship that exists between the adoption of the maternal role and the level of attachment of the adolescent mother - newborn at Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray in the year 2014. The sample was constituted For 92 primiparous adolescent mothers and their newborn; two instruments were used for data collection, the first to determine the adoption of the maternal role in adolescent mothers and the second on the level of adolescent mother - newborn attachment. It is found that 23.91% of the primiparous adolescent mothers presented good adoption of the maternal role; 63.04% regular and 13.05% bad. In relation to the level of attachment of the adolescent mother to the newborn, it is evident that 46.74% had a good attachment level and 53.26% had a regular level of attachment to their newborn; It was also determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between both variables (P <0.05).
