dc.description.abstract | La investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación que existe entre
la cultura digital y el engagement de los colaboradores de la empresa Sevilux
S.A.C., Trujillo, 2023. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, de tipo
aplicada, se aplicó el diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional, con
una población muestral de 16 colaboradores, a quienes se les aplicó
cuestionarios confiables y válidos. Los resultados de la investigación
demuestran que el 68.8% de colaboradores tienen la percepción de un nivel
neutro con respecto a la cultura digital y un 50% un nivel medio-alto, con
respecto al engagement, por lo cual se concluye que no existe una relación
significativa entre las variables, esto sugiere que la empresa Sevilux S.A.C.,
no presenta un grado de implicación o compromiso de los colaboradores con
la estrategia digital de la empresa | es_PE |
