Producción científica, cultura investigativa y actitudes hacia la investigación científica en egresados de psicología de una Universidad Privada, Trujillo – 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el determinar el grado de relación entre la producción científica, cultura investigativa y actitudes hacia la investigación científica en egresados de psicología de una Universidad Privada – 2023. Se utilizó un diseño correlacional a una muestra de 148 egresados de ambos sexos y con edades superiores a los 21 años. Se utilizó como instrumentos de recolección de datos los cuestionarios de producción científica y cultura investigativa de Cornejo (2020) y el inventario de actitudes hacia la investigación científica de Bullón (2018). Se obtuvo como resultado la existencia de una relación altamente significativa rho=.709; p<.01) directa y con tamaño de efecto grande entre la producción científica y la cultura investigativa; además también existe relación altamente significativa (rho=.445; p<.01) directa y con tamaño de efecto medio entre la producción científica y las actitudes hacia la investigación científica. Por otro lado, existe relación significativa (rho=.409; p<.05) directa y con tamaño de efecto medio entre la cultura investigativa y las actitudes hacia la investigación científica. The aim of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between scientific production, investigative culture, and attitudes towards scientific research in psychology graduates from a Private University - 2023. A correlational design was used on a sample of 148 graduates of both genders over 21 years old. The scientific production and investigative culture questionnaires by Cornejo (2020) and the attitudes towards scientific research inventory by Bullón (2018) were used as data collection instruments. The result was a highly significant direct relationship with a large effect size (rho=.709; p<.01) between scientific production and investigative culture, as well as a highly significant direct relationship with a medium effect size (rho=.445; p<.01) between scientific production and attitudes towards scientific research. On the other hand, there is a significant direct relationship with a medium effect size (rho=.409; p<.05) between investigative culture and attitudes towards scientific research.
