Gestión empresarial y la productividad en Servimotor de Piura, 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión empresarial y la productividad en Servimotor de Piura en el año 2022. Se formuló un problema de investigación, el cual fue: ¿Qué relación existe entre la gestión empresarial y la productividad en Servimotor de Piura en el año 2022? Este estudio tiene un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de tipo correlacional simple. Se trabajó con una población finita conformada por 39 trabajadores. Para la recolección de datos se formuló un cuestionario para cada variable, donde el primero contiene 20 y el segundo 18 ítems y fue validado por 5 expertos, mediante el cálculo de la V de Aiken, obteniendo un valor del 0.91 para ambas variables. Se formularon las siguientes hipótesis; H1: existe una relación directa y significativa entre la gestión empresarial y la productividad en Servimotor de Piura en el año 2022 y H0: no existe relación directa y significativa entre la gestión empresarial y productividad en Servimotor de Piura en el año 2022, dado ello, se utilizó la prueba correlación de Pearson la cual, acepta la hipótesis nula, por lo que, se concluye que no existe una relación directa y significativa, puesto que, su nivel de significancia (bilateral) de la gestión empresarial es de 0.863 (P>0.05) y un coeficiente de correlación con valor de 0.029

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between business management and productivity in Servimotor de Piura in the year 2022. A research problem was formulated, which was: What is the relationship between business management and productivity in Servimotor de Piura in the year 2022? This study has a non-experimental, cross-sectional and simple correlational design. We worked with a finite population of 39 workers. For data collection, a questionnaire was formulated for each variable, where the first contains 20 and the second 18 items and was validated by 5 experts, by calculating Aiken's V, obtaining a value of 0.91 for both variables. The following hypotheses were formulated; H1: there is a direct and significant relationship between business management and productivity in Servimotor de Piura in the year 2022 and H0: there is no direct and significant relationship between business management and productivity in Servimotor de Piura in the year 2022, given this, the Pearson correlation test was used, which accepts the null hypothesis, therefore, it is concluded that there is no direct and significant relationship, since its level of significance (bilateral) of business management is 0. 863 (P>0.05) and a correlation coefficient with a value of 0.029
