Diagnóstico de la estructura organizacional y funcional de las áreas de soporte técnico y soporte administrativo de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito del Santa

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como propósito Diagnosticar la Estructura Organizacional y funcional de las áreas de Soporte Técnico y Soporte Administrativo de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y de Crédito del Santa, a efectos de proponer mejoras que permita un mejor desempeño funcional.

Han participado en la investigación…Se utilizó el diseño de una sola casilla, empleando como instrumentos la ficha resumen, la guía de Entrevista para diagnosticar la estructura organizacional y funcional de las áreas motivo del presente estudio de la caja municipal de ahorro y crédito del Santa.

Los resultados de la investigación a permitido determinar que desde el punto de vista funcional las áreas de soporte técnico y administrativo de la Caja Municipal del Santa se han convertido en un punto crítico para la institución, al no estar cumpliendo de manera eficiente las funciones para las cuales fueron diseñadas. A partir de ello se ha elaborado una propuesta estructural y funcional para la institución, la que incluye el rediseño de las áreas de soporte técnico y administrativo para la empresa.

The results of the investigation to allowed to determine that from the functional point of view the areas of technical and administrative support of the “Caja municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Santa” have become a critical point for the institution, to the not be fulfilling efficiently the functions for which they were designed. From it has been elaborated a structural and functional proposal for the institution, which includes the redesign of the areas of technical and administrative support for the company.
