El cash flow y la gestión comercial en la empresa de transportes y servicios C&G S.A.C. de la ciudad de Trujillo en el periodo 2013

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolla el tema sobre “EL CASH FLOW Y LA GESTIÓN COMERCIAL EN LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES Y SERVICIOS C&G S.A.C. DE LA CIUDAD DE TRUJILLO EN EL PERIODO 2013”, se inicia planteándose el siguiente problema: ¿De qué manera la aplicación del cash flow en el área de ventas mejora la gestión comercial de la empresa de Transportes y Servicios C&G S.A.C. de la ciudad de Trujillo, en el periodo 2013?, y la aplicación del cash flow en el área de ventas, mejora de la gestión comercial incrementando las ventas, en la empresa de Transportes y Servicios C&G S.A.C. de la ciudad de Trujillo. Dentro de los objetivos planteados, por los autores donde se plantea demostrar que con la aplicación del cash flow en el área de ventas, mejora la gestión comercial de la empresa de Transportes y Servicios C&G S.A.C., en el periodo 2013; a continuación se presenta el desarrollo de la investigación que se ha realizado mediantes capítulos que en seguida se detallan: CAPÍTULO I.- En este capítulo, se desarrolla sobre el problema que tiene la empresa y por los cuales fue factible realizar la investigación, con el propósito de solucionarlo. De igual modo, se plasma el marco teórico, mediante el cual se investiga sobre los conceptos de las variables independientes, como dependientes del problema planteado. CAPÍTULO II.- En este capítulo, se explica la modalidad aplicada de investigación determinando el estudio mediante la aplicación e investigación bibliográfica y documental, determinando la población y muestra con la que cuenta la empresa para el desarrollo de las técnicas de investigación. CAPÍTULO III.- En este capítulo, se realizó el análisis e interpretación de los resultados encontrados en las observaciones a los documentos de la empresa lo que permitió verificar la hipótesis planteada. Al mismo tiempo, ha permitido que se realice las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones que se logró mediante el análisis estadístico estudiado. Por otra parte, se finaliza la investigación proponiendo la solución al problema mediante la propuesta, la misma que se basa en la aplicación práctica del cash flow siendo este aplicado y evaluado en la empresa.

This research develops the topic THE CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT AND TRADE IN TRANSPORT SERVICES COMPANY C&G SAC TRUJILLO CITY IN THE PERIOD 2013, begins considering the following problem: How does the application of cash flow in the sales improvement business management company Transport and Services C & G SAC the city of Trujillo, in the period 2013?, and the application of cash flow in the area of sales, sales management improvement increasing sales in Transportation and Services company C & G SAC the city of Trujillo. Similarly, the theoretical framework through which research on the concepts of the independent variables, as dependent of the problem is plasma. CHAPTER II. - In this chapter, the procedure followed in determining the research study through the application and bibliographical and documentary research, determining population and sample that the company has for the development of research techniques is explained. CHAPTER III. - In this chapter, the analysis and interpretation of the results found in the notes to the company documents which enabled verify hypothesis was performed. At the same time, it has allowed the respective conclusions and recommendations was achieved by studying the statistical analysis is performed. Moreover, the research concludes proposing a solution to the problem by proposing the same based on the practical application of this cash flow being implemented and evaluated in the company.
