dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación ha tenido como objetivo “determinar la relación entre estrés
laboral y compromiso organizacional en el personal que trabaja en una institución educativa
particular de Trujillo, 2022”. El diseño empleado fue descriptivo-correlacional, se usó el
muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia y se determinó una muestra de 130 universitarios.
Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Estrés Laboral OIT – OMS de Ivancevich y
Matteson (1989) y la Escala de Compromiso Organizacional de Meyer y Allen (1997). La
prueba de correlación de Spearman Brown determinó que no existe correlación (p > 0.05) entre
estrés laboral y motivación organizacional; además, tampoco se encontró relación (p > .05)
entre los factores de estrés laboral y las dimensiones del compromiso organizacional | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was “to determine the relationship between work stress
and organizational commitment in the personnel who work in a particular educational
institution in Trujillo, 2022.” The design used was descriptive-correlational, non-probabilistic
convenience sampling was used and a sample of 130 university students was determined. The
