Estudio macroscópico y microscópico del aparato respiratorio del cañan (Dicrodon guttulatum ) en la provincia de Trujillo - La libertad

Abstract

Con el objetivo de describir y comparar las características histológicas y anatómicas del aparato respiratorio del cañán (Dicrodon guttulatum), el presente trabajo de investigación se enfocó en este pequeño reptil, que vive en los bosques de algarrobo naturales del Norte del Perú y que actualmente, se encuentra clasificado como una especie en peligro de extinción, debido a la tala indiscriminada de estos bosques.

Para la realización del estudio, se utilizó 4 animales de ambos sexos, obtenidos del valle de Virú-Trujillo, se procedió al sacrificio y toma de muestras de las principales estructuras anatómicas del aparato respiratorio de este reptil; puesto que, no hay una literatura específica sobre este tema, para luego seguir con la preparación de las respectivas láminas histológicas y concluir con la descripción de los resultados.

To describe and compare the histological and anatomical characteristics of the cañán respiratory system (Dicrodon guttulatum), the present research focused on this small reptile, which lives in the native algarrobo forests of northern Peru and which is classified as an endangered species due to the indiscriminate felling of these forests.

For the study, 4 animals of both sexes obtained from the Virú Valley were used, the animals were sacrificed and samples were taken from the main anatomical structures of the respiratory system of this reptile, since there is no specific literature on this subject, and then proceed with the preparation of the respective histological sheets and conclude with the description of the results.
