dc.description.abstractLa investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar las evidencias de validez de la escala Perfil Impacto Emocional COVID-19 en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Trujillo. Los participantes fueron 100 universitarios con edades entre 17 y 51 años ((M=24.76; DE=5.51), de los cuales 58% fueron mujeres y 42% son varones. Se estudio La Escala de Perfil de Impacto Emocional de la COVID-19 (PIE-COVID-19) de los investigadores García y Magaz (2020). Los principales resultados fueron: los 25 ítems son homogéneos y capaces de discriminar el perfil emocional (rit > .50); el modelo de cinco factores reportó medida de ajuste (χ²/gl = 1.40; CFI = .990; TLI = .989; SRMR = .078, y RMSEA = .067) y cargas factoriales (λ > .50) aceptables y medidas confiables al con valores de consistencia entre .78 y .85. Se concluyó que la Escala Perfil de Impacto Emocional COVID-19, presenta propiedades psicométricas que respaldan sus capacidades de medida para usarse en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Trujillo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was to determine the evidence of validity of the COVID- 19 Emotional Impact Profile scale in students of a private university in Trujillo. The participants were 100 university students aged between 17 and 51 years ((M=24.76; SD=5.51), of which 58% were women and 42% were men. The COVID-19 Emotional Impact Profile Scale was studied (PIE-COVID-19) by researchers García and Magaz (2020).The main results were: the 25 items are homogeneous and capable of discriminating the emotional profile (rit > .50); the five-factor model reported a measure of adjustment (χ²/gl = 1.40; CFI = .990; TLI = .989; SRMR = .078, and RMSEA = .067) and acceptable factor loadings (λ > .50) and reliable measurements with consistency values between .78 and 85. It was concluded that the COVID- 19 Emotional Impact Profile Scale has psychometric properties that support its measurement capabilities for use with students at a private university in Trujillo.es_PE
