Investigación en la determinación de los niveles de servicio de la carretera concesionada IIRSA Norte, tramo: cavico - Bagua Grande.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis para determinar un porcentaje óptimo de medición de Niveles de Servicio para cumplir con los Niveles de servicio estipulados en el contrato de Concesión de la Carretera IIRSA NORTE (Fernando Belaunde Terry). La investigación se realizado en el tramo Cavico (Km 150+600 – Cajamarca) – Bagua Grande (Km 227+000 – Amazonas). La investigación es descriptiva, aplicativa y de campo, por tal todos los registros de campo se realizaron en base a lo que nos indica el contrato de concesión. El método para la recolección de datos (en campo) será el de levantamiento visual detallado de toda la infraestructura vial como son: Calzada, drenaje, seguridad vial, berma, derecho de vía, puentes y pontones los cuales iremos recolectando mediante toma fotográfica y gabinete con una planilla. La medición lo haremos para todos los kilómetros que comprende el tramo en estudio, es decir lo real, que corresponde al 100 % de secciones (1 km = 1 sección). Además, como muestra, de cómo se realiza la medición de niveles de servicio según el contrato de concesión, tomaremos el 10 % de secciones por tramo individual para su evaluación. Ya con la medición de los defectos, en una planilla de Excel y mediante la fórmula expuesta en el contrato de concesión, mediremos el nivel de servicio global de esta. Con los resultados obtenidos y haciendo varias comparaciones de distintas muestras (en porcentaje de secciones (Kilómetros)) de tramo a evaluar, llegaremos a nuestro objetivo que es la de buscar un porcentaje de secciones (Kilómetros), optimo a avaluar, para que nuestro nivel de servicio global esté por encima del nivel de servicio global estipulado en el contrato de concesión, según el año que corresponda. Con los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación, nos indican que es de mucha confiabilidad realizar la evaluación del 40% de secciones por tramo individual, para obtener un nivel de servicio global que esté por encima de lo estipulado en el contrato de concesión para cada año. Esto nos garantiza una serviciabilidad y transitabilidad aceptable que conlleva a la satisfacción del cliente y a los usuarios de la vía.

The objective of this research work is to perform an analysis to determine an optimal percentage of the measurement of Service Levels in order to comply with the Service Levels stipulated in the IIRSA NORTE Highway Concession Contract (Fernando Belaunde Terry). The investigation was carried out in the Cavico section (Km 150 + 600 - Cajamarca) - Bagua Grande (Km 227 + 000 - Amazonas). The research is descriptive, application and field, so all the field records were made based on what the concession contract indicates. The method for data collection (in the field) will be the detailed visual survey of all road infrastructure such as: Road, drainage, road safety, berm, right of way, bridges and pontoons which we will collect by taking photo and cabinet with a form. The measurement will be made for all the kilometers that comprise the section under study, that is to say the real, which corresponds to 100% of sections (1 km = 1 section). In addition, as shown, of how the measurement of service levels is carried out according to the concession contract, we will take 10% of sections per individual section for their evaluation. With the measurement of the defects, in an Excel spreadsheet and using the formula set out in the concession contract, we will measure the global service level of this one. With the results obtained and making several comparisons of different samples (in percentage of sections (Kilometers)) of the section to be evaluated, we will reach our objective, which is to look for a percentage of sections (Kilometers), optimal to be evaluated, so that our level of global service is above the global service level stipulated in the concession contract, according to the corresponding year. With the results obtained in this investigation, they indicate that it is very reliable to perform the evaluation of 40% of sections per individual section, to obtain a global service level that is above the stipulated in the concession contract for each year. This guarantees an acceptable serviceability and transitability that leads to the satisfaction of the client and the road users.
