Efecto de la adición de un emulsificante en dietas de crecimiento-engorde para cuyes sobre los parámetros productivos y rentabilidad económica

Abstract

El estudio se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de la adicción de un Emulsificante en dietas de crecimiento-engorde para cuyes sobre los parámetros productivos y rentabilidad económica. Se utilizaron en total 75 gazapos destetados a los 15 días, distribuidos con un diseño completamente al azar, teniendo tres tratamientos con cinco repeticiones, cada unidad experimental estaba conformado por cinco cuyes, las cuales recibieron una dieta base (DB); una dieta base mas 0.05 % de emulsificante (DB500) y una dieta base mas 0.10 % de emulsificante (DB1000), los cuales fueron evaluados por 40 días.Los resultados obtenidos sobre la ganancia diaria de peso g/día (GDP), fueron significativos para el tratamiento DB1000, obteniendo 22.09g; DB500, 18.79g y DB, 13.59g, en el consumo diario de alimento g/día (CDA), el tratamiento DB1000 se obtuvo 73.13 g; DB500 75.63 g y DB, 77.98 g y en el índice de conversión alimenticia g/g, (ICA), también hubo diferencia significativa, para los tratamientos DB1000 obteniéndose 3.31 g; DB500, 4.02 g y DB, 5.74 g. Se concluye que el uso de un emulsificante en dosis de 1000g/t mejora los parámetros productivos y la rentabilidad económica en cuyes en etapa de crecimiento - engorde.

The study was conducted at Agriculture Saldaña S.A located in the district of Huanchaco, La Libertad region, where it was evaluated the effect of the addition of an emulsifier in diets of growth-fattening for guinea pigs on production parameters and economic profitability. Therefore, the use of an emulsifier in a dose of 1000g / t improves the productive parameters and improves the economic profitability in guinea pigs in the growth stage fattening.
