Gestión de costos y gestión de calidad en el proyecto redes de alcantarillado sanitario parque industrial, aplicando la guía PMBOK

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por el objetivo general la Gestión de costos y gestión de calidad en el proyecto redes de alcantarillado sanitario parque industrial, aplicando la guía PMBOK. Según nuestro marco teórico se tomará los fundamentos y finalidades del PMBOK, séptima edición, gestión de los costos y gestión de calidad de la obra El método general de investigación fue el científico, el tipo de investigación no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por las obras ejecutadas en el distrito de La Esperanza, Trujillo, de los cuales el Proyecto redes de alcantarillado sanitario parque industrial, con un monto de ejecución de S/ 10,977,028.340, fue analizado. Se realizo la evaluación física de la obra, el plan de gestión de costos y gestión de calidad y el dominio de desempeño de incertidumbre. Los resultados muestran que al evaluar el avance físico financiero de la obra esta atrasada, al realizar el plan de gestión de costos se suma la reserva de contingencia y reserva de gestión lo cual actualiza el presupuesto frente a ocurrencias no planificadas, y al realizar la gestión de calidad presentan un 15.21% de sub partidas deficientes, así mismo el dominio de desempeño de incertidumbre mejoraría las falencias, generando una entrega a tiempo de la obra sin tener que utilizar el costo de contingencia

The general objective of this work is cost management and quality management in the industrial park sanitary sewer networks project, applying the PMBOK guide. According to our theoretical framework, the foundations and purposes of the PMBOK, seventh edition, cost management and quality management of the work will be taken. The general research method was the scientific, non-experimental type of research. The population was made up of the works carried out in the district of La Esperanza, Trujillo, of which the Industrial Park Sanitary Sewage Networks Project, with an execution amount of S/ 10,977,028,340, was analyzed. The physical evaluation of the work, the cost management and quality management plan and the uncertainty performance domain were carried out. The results show that when evaluating the financial physical progress of the work, it is behind schedule, when carrying out the cost management plan, the contingency reserve and management reserve are added, which updates the budget against unplanned occurrences, and when carrying out the management of quality present 15.21% of deficient subitems, likewise the domain of uncertainty performance would improve the deficiencies, generating a timely delivery of the work without having to use the contingency cost.
