La motivación laboral y su influencia en el clima organizacional del Comercial Converse del Mall Plaza en la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018

Abstract

El presente estudio se ha realizado con el propósito determinar de qué manera la motivación laboral influye en el clima organizacional del Comercial Converse del Mall Plaza en la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018. El problema formulado para la investigación fue: ¿De qué manera la motivación laboral influye en el clima organizacional del Comercial Converse del Mall Plaza en la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018? Como hipótesis tenemos que: La motivación laboral influye de manera positiva en el clima organizacional del Comercial Converse del Mall Plaza en la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018. La población estuvo conformada por el gerente de tienda y los colaboradores que han laborado el I semestre del presente año en el Comercial Converse del Mall Plaza que asciende a un total de 25 personas, la misma que se utilizó como muestra. El diseño de la investigación utilizado fue descriptivo correlacional. La conclusión a la que se llego fue: que hay suficiente evidencia para demostrar que la motivación laboral si influye de manera positiva en el clima organizacional del Comercial Converse del Mall Plaza en la ciudad de Trujillo año 2018.

The present study has been carried out with the purpose to determine how labor motivation influences the organizational climate of the Commercial Converse Mall Plaza in the city of Trujillo 2018. The problem formulated for the investigation was: How does the Job motivation influences the organizational climate of the Commercial Converse Mall Plaza in the city of Trujillo year 2018? As hypothesis we have that: Work motivation has a positive influence on the organizational climate of the Commercial Converse of the Mall Plaza in the city of Trujillo in 2018. The population was made up of the store manager and the employees who worked the first half of the year. present year in the Commercial Converse of Mall Plaza that totals a total of 25 people. The research design used was descriptive correlational. The conclusion reached was that there is sufficient evidence to show that the work motivation does have a positive influence on the organizational climate of the Commercial Converse Mall Plaza in the city of Trujillo in 2018.
