Actualización de la estructura organizacional y el estrés laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C– Piura – 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación, tiene por objetivo determinar qué relación existe entre el desarrollo del personal y la motivación laboral de los colaboradores del Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C – Piura - 2022, pues se observó que los colaboradores de la Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C – Piura, muestran comportamientos que reflejan alto grado de estrés, el mismo que se agudizó cuando la empresa decidió hacer la actualización de la estructura organizacional que se ajuste a la nueva realidad, pues como consecuencia de la post pandemia, esta se vio afectada, teniendo que realizar una reestructuración importante, la misma que involucró actualizar su estructura organizacional, se busca establecer si hay relación entre estas variables, en la realidad de estudio. Esta investigación es del tipo no experimental descriptivo de enfoque cuantitativo, la población estuvo conformada por un total de 22 trabajadores pertenecientes a la Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C – Piura y la muestra estuvo conformada por la misma población al ser esta pequeña. Como técnicas de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, el mismo que fue validado por juicio de expertos y validación de contenido respectivamente. Se obtuvo como resultado que existe una correlación positiva muy fuerte entre la actualización de la estructura organizacional y el estrés laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C., con un coeficiente de 0.849 y una significancia bilateral de 0.000. Este valor indica que, a medida que se realizan cambios o ajustes en la estructura organizacional, existe una alta probabilidad de que estos influyan directamente en los niveles de estrés percibidos por los empleados. Tales resultados subrayan la importancia de desarrollar estrategias centradas en la mejora y promoción de las competencias relacionadas con el conocimiento para fomentar un ambiente laboral más productivo y satisfactorio dentro de la Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C – Piura

The present investigation aims to determine what relationship exists between staff development and the work motivation of the collaborators of the Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C Service Station - Piura - 2022 since it was observed that the collaborators of the Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C Service Station - Piura, show behaviors that reflect a high degree of stress, which worsened when the company decided to update the organizational structure to adjust to the new reality, since as a consequence of the post-pandemic, it was affected, having to carry out a major restructuring, which involved updating its organizational structure, it seeks to establish if there is a relationship between these variables, in the reality of the study. This research is of the non-experimental descriptive type of quantitative approach, the population was made up of a total of 22 workers belonging to the Steven & Hermanos S.A.C Service Station - Piura and the sample was made up of the same population as it was small. The survey and questionnaire were used as data collection techniques, validated by expert judgment and content validation, respectively. The results showed that there is a robust positive correlation between the update of the organizational structure and the work-related stress of the employees of the company Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C., with a coefficient of 0.849 and a bilateral significance of 0.000. This value indicates that, as changes or adjustments are made to the organizational structure, there is a high probability that these will directly influence the stress levels perceived by employees. These results underline the importance of developing strategies focused on improving and promoting knowledge-related skills to foster a more productive and satisfactory work environment within Estación de Servicios Stiven & Hermanos S.A.C. – Piura.
