Efectos del biol como complemento a la fertilización nitrogenada en la producción y calidad del cultivo de sandía (Citrullus lanatus L.)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en el centro poblado de Compositan – Virú, Departamento La Libertad. Se utilizó la variedad Santanella. El diseño experimental fue de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA) con cuatro repeticiones. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar el efecto de tres dosis de biol: T2= 1.0 m3 /ha, T3= 2m3 /ha, y T4 = 3m3 /ha comparados con un testigo absoluto (T1). Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que hubo diferencias significativas entre los tratamientos; el tratamiento T4 alcanzó el más alto rendimiento con 35,919.27 kg/ha mientras que el tratamiento testigo T1 solo obtuvo 27,052.08 kg/ha. La respuesta a los niveles de biol fue positiva y lineal (99%), con un coeficiente de correlación r= 0.9963** y de regresión b= 2.8938 t/ha. También el número de frutos por planta mostró una tendencia de respuesta lineal a los niveles de biol con valores de correlación r= 0.939 (>90%) y de regresión b= 0.129 frutos por planta. El más alto contenido de sacarosa se logró con el tratamiento que alcanzó 15.00%, y el testigo T1 (sin aplicación) tuvo 12.83 %

The present research work was developed in the locality of Compositan – Virú, Department of La Libertad. The watermelon variety considered in this study was Santanella. The experimental layout was a randomized complete block (DBCA) with four repetitions. The objective was to determining the effect of 3 different doses of biol: T2 = 1.0 m3 /ha, T3 = 2m3 /ha, and T4 = 3m3 /ha compared, to a absolute tester (T1). The results obtained from the research indicate that there were significant differences between the treatments; the highest yield was for treatment T4 withv35,919.27 kg/ha while the control treatment T1 only obtained 27,052.08kg/ha. The reponse to the levels of biol was positive and linear with a correlation coefficient r=0.9963** and a coefficient of regresión b= 2.8938 t/ha. Also the number of fruits per plant showed a positive linear response to the increasing levels of biol with values of r= 0.939 (>90%) and b= 0.129 fruits per plant. Likewise, the % of sucrose in the watermelon for treatment (T3) was 15.00%, and the control T1 had 12.83%
