Implementación de un diseño organizacional para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la empresa grupo Vegadent S.A.C., Centro Cívico del Distrito de Trujillo, año 2017 – segundo semestre

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito implementar un Diseño Organizacional para mejorar la Gestión Administrativa en la empresa Grupo Vegadent S.A.C., en el centro cívico de Trujillo, Año 2017 – Segundo Semestre.

Se planteó el siguiente problema: ¿En qué medida la implementación de un Diseño Organizacional mejorará la Gestión Administrativa de la empresa Grupo Vegadent S.A.C. del Centro Cívico de Trujillo, en el año 2017 – segundo semestre?. La investigación fue de tipo pre experimental con un solo grupo de estudio con observaciones de antes y después. La muestra estuvo constituida por las funciones, el proceso de ventas y los 12 trabajadores de la empresa.

Asimismo, los instrumentos de recolección de datos utilizados fueron: encuesta, entrevista, guía de observación y el análisis documental.

Para la contratación de hipótesis se utilizó la prueba estadística t – Student para muestras relacionadas, lo que arrojó como resultados que la implementación de un Diseño organizacional mejoró la Gestión Administrativa, en la medida en que la diferencia de las dimensiones: planeación, organización, dirección y control; es significativamente mayor, por tanto, son estadísticamente significativos.

The purpose of this research was to implement an Organizational Design to improve the Administrative Management in the company Grupo Vegadent S.A.C., in the civic center of Trujillo, Year 2017 - Second Semester.

The following problem was raised: To what extent the implementation of an Organizational Design will improve the Administrative Management of the company Grupo Vegadent S.A.C. of the Civic Center of Trujillo, in the year 2017 - second semester?. The investigation was of a pre-experimental type with a single study group with before and after observations. The sample consisted of the functions, the sales process and the 12 employees of the company.

Likewise, the data collection instruments used were; survey, interview, observation guide and documentary analysis.

For the hiring of hypotheses the t - Student statistical test for related samples was used, which showed as results that the implementation of an Organizational Design improves the Administrative Management, to the extent that it differentiates from the dimensions: planning, organization, direction and control; is significantly higher, therefore, they are statistically significant.

The time designated for this research work allowed: the redesign of the organization chart, the preparation of the Organization and Functions Manual and the Procedures Manual for Sales, which were approved and implemented; allowing to make a sales forecast, which shows an increase in sales of 16.40% for the month of November, and 12.24% for December. Therefore, it was demonstrated that the organizational design achieved the improvement in the administrative management of the company.
