Repercusión de las medidas de confinamiento del covid19, en los derechos de las personas víctimas de violencia doméstica en La Libertad, 2020-2021

Abstract

La presente investigación, titulada “REPERCUSIÓN DE LAS MEDIDAS DE CONFINAMIENTO DEL COVID19, EN LOS DERECHOS DE LAS PERSONAS VÍCTIMAS DE VIOLENCIA DOMÉSTICA EN LA LIBERTAD, 2020-2021”, tiene por objetivo determinar de qué manera las medidas de confinamiento del Covid19, repercutieron en los derechos de las personas víctimas de violencia doméstica en La Libertad. La metodología empleada, para la elaboración de esta tesis, es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo correlacional-causal y diseño no experimental transversal. Asimismo, representa como muestra a i) ocho jueces entrevistados de los juzgados sub - especializados en Violencia contra la Mujer e Integrantes del Grupo Familiar, del distrito de Trujillo; así como ii) el uso de información relevante y necesaria registrada en la guía de observación. Finalmente se empleó como técnica de investigación la entrevista, con el fin de obtener información acerca de las variables en cuestión; el acopio de información a fin de obtener respaldo teórico y el análisis documentario con el propósito de esquematizar la información recabada para contrastar la problemática e hipótesis.

The present research, entitled “REPERCUSSION OF COVID19 CONFINEMENT MEASURES ON THE RIGHTS OF VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN LA LIBERTAD, 2020-2021”, aims to determine how the confinement measures of Covid 19 had an impact on the rights of victims of domestic violence in La Libertad. The methodology used for the elaboration of this thesis is a qualitative approach, correlational-causal and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was i) eight judges interviewed from the sub-specialized courts in Violence against Women and Family Members of the district of Trujillo; and ii) the use of relevant and necessary information recorded in the observation guide. Finally, the interview was used as a research technique, in order to obtain information about the variables in question; the collection of information in order to obtain theoretical support and documentary analysis in order to outline the information collected to contrast the problems and hypotheses
