El mentoring y su influencia en la productividad de la empresa Construcciones Generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura - 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “El mentoring y su influencia en la productividad de la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura - 2020”, tuvo como objetivo principal investigar la relación que existe entre el Mentoring y la productividad de los colaboradores de la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL. El inicio de la investigación fue el desarrollo de la problemática de estudio, con la cual se llegó a la siguiente interrogante ¿De qué manera el mentoring influye en la productividad de la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura - 2020?, cuya hipótesis planteada fue: El mentoring si influye de manera positiva en la productividad de la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura – 2020. Se plantearon los siguientes objetivos específicos: analizar el mentoring en la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura - 2020, analizar la productividad en la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura – 2020 y asociar las dimensiones del mentoring con las dimensiones de la productividad de la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura – 2020. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva correlacional, para la recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta, a través de su instrumento el cuestionario. La muestra objeto de estudio estuvo conformada por 45 colaboradores. La información conseguida y la aplicación de la encuesta elaborada para los colaboradores en la presente investigación permitió conocer en qué condiciones están las dimensiones del mentoring y la productividad en la empresa constructora e identificar todos los problemas actuales que presentan y en consecuencia la falta de productividad de sus colaboradores, además sus debilidades para cumplir con los objetivos y metas, las recomendaciones hechas al final de la presente investigación contribuirán a la mejora de la productividad mediante el manejo del mentoring en la empresa. Se concluyo que el mentoring si influye de manera positiva en la productividad de la empresa construcciones generales Sakkara SRL de la ciudad de Piura – 2020, por lo cual se afirma la hipótesis.

The main objective of this research entitled “Mentoring and its influence on the productivity of the general constructions company Sakkara SRL of the city of Piura - 2020“, had as its main objective to investigate the relationship between Mentoring and the productivity of the company's collaborators general constructions Sakkara SRL. The following specific objectives were proposed: analyze the mentoring in the general constructions company Sakkara SRL in the city of Piura - 2020, analyze the productivity in the general constructions company Sakkara SRL of the city of Piura - 2020 and associate the dimensions of mentoring with the productivity dimensions of the general constructions company Sakkara SRL of the city of Piura - 2020. This research It is descriptive correlational type, the survey was used for data collection, through its instrument and l questionnaire. The sample under study consisted of 45 collaborators. The information obtained and the application of the survey prepared for the collaborators in this research allowed to know in what conditions are the dimensions of mentoring and productivity in the construction company and to identify all the current problems they present and consequently the lack of productivity of their collaborators, in addition to their weaknesses to meet the objectives and goals, the recommendations made at the end of this research will contribute to the improvement of productivity through the management of mentoring in the company. It was concluded that mentoring does positively influence the productivity of the general constructions company Sakkara SRL in the city of Piura - 2020, for which the hypothesis is affirmed.
