Mobbing y el estrés laboral en trabajadores de un club privado de Trujillo – 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación de corte correlacional explora la relación entre Mobbing y estrés laboral en trabajadores de un club privado de Trujillo – 2019. La muestra estuvo conformada por 108 trabajadores, hombres y mujeres mayores de edad. Los instrumentos para la recolección de datos fueron el Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terrorization (LIPT-60) de Heinz Leymann y la Escala de Estrés Laboral de la OIT-OMS. Al finalizar la investigación se logró establecer que existe predominancia de nivel bajo en las dimensiones del Mobbing, se observa una predominancia de nivel bajo en las dimensiones del de Mobbing con porcentajes que oscilan entre 49.1% a 57.4% de trabajadores de un club privado de Trujillo – 2019. Asimismo, se halló un predominio del nivel medio en las dimensiones del Estrés Laboral, con porcentajes que oscilan entre 38.9% y 44.4% de trabajadores de un club privado de Trujillo – 2019. Además, se estableció la existencia de una correlación muy significativa (p<.01), positiva y en grado medio, entre Mobbing y Estrés Laboral en los trabajadores de un club privado de Trujillo - 2019.

The present investigation of Correctional cut explores the relationship between Mobbing and work stress in workers of private club in Trujillo – 2019. The sample was made up for 108 workers, men and women of legal age. The instruments for data collection were Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terrorization (LIPT-60) of Heinz Leymann and the Work Stress Scale from OIT-OMS. At the end of the investigation it was possible to establish that there is a low-level of predominance in the dimensions of the Mobbing, it is noted a low-level of predominance in the dimensions of the Mobbing with percentages that range between 49.1% to 57.4% of workers in the private club of Trujillo – 2019. Likewise, a medium level was found in the dimensions of the Work Stress with percentages that range between 38.9% and 44.4% of workers of the Private Club of Trujillo – 2019. Also, it was establish the existence of a very significant correlation (p<.01), positive and medium grade, between Mobbing and the Work Stress in the workers from Trujillo Private Club – 2019.
