La motivación y las actitudes de los colaboradores de supermercados Wong California de Trujillo, 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la motivación y la actitud de los colaboradores de Supermercados Wong California Trujillo en el año 2020.Se utilizó el diseño descriptivo simple correlacional, el instrumento que se aplicó fue un cuestionario para las variables motivación y actitudes, los mismos que fueron validados por juicio de expertos en la materia a través de la V de Aiken cuyo resultado fue 0.95, por ser mayor a 0.70, dicho instrumento es válido y la confiabilidad de la información que se obtuvo fue validada por el coeficiente del Alfa de Cronbach cuyo resultado fue 0.903, la población fue igual a la muestra y estuvo conformada por los 33 colaboradores del supermercado Wong California Trujillo en el año 2020. El análisis de datos se realizó mediante el software IBM Statistics versión 25, para ello se utilizó la estadística inferencial de la Tau b de Kendall, cuyos resultados fueron que los colaboradores se encuentran en un nivel medio con respecto a la motivación, representado por un 88.87% de su población total y en el nivel de actitudes es positivo con una representación de su población del 87.88%. Se concluye que existe una relación baja entre las variables motivación y actitudes demostrada por una correlación del coeficiente del Tau b de kendall de 0,226.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between motivation and attitude of the employees of Supermercados Wong California Trujillo in 2020. The simple correlational descriptive design was used, the instrument applied was a questionnaire for the variables motivation and attitudes, which were validated by the judgment of experts in the field through Aiken's V whose result was 0.95, being greater than 0.70, said instrument is valid and the reliability of the information obtained was validated by the coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha whose result was 0.903, the population was equal to the sample and was made up of the 33 employees of the Wong California Trujillo supermarket in 2020. The data analysis was carried out using the IBM Statistics version 25 software, for which the inferential statistics of Kendall's Tau b was used, the results of which were that the collaborators are at a medium level with respect to motivation, represented by 88.87 % of its total population and in the level of attitudes is positive with a representation of its population of 87.88%. It is concluded that there is a low relationship between the motivation and attitudes variables demonstrated by a correlation of the Kendall Tau b coefficient of 0.226
