El clima laboral y su influencia en la productividad de los colaboradores de la institución financiera Caja Sullana S.A - Oficina Paita, 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el clima laboral y su influencia en la productividad de los colaboradores de la institución financiera Caja Sullana S.Aoficina Paita, 2020. El enunciado del problema fue: ¿De qué manera el clima laboral afecta la productividad de los colaboradores de la institución financiera Caja Sullana S.A. - Oficina Paita, 2020 y siendo la hipótesis: Existe una influencia positiva entre el clima laboral y la productividad de los colaboradores de la institución financiera Caja Sullana S.A- oficina Paita, 2020. La muestra que se considero es de 28 colaboradores, los cuales representan a la cantidad de personas que brindan asesoría financiera y servidor pagador. El diseño de la investigación fue correlacional de corte transversal y el instrumento para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario con escala de Likert y nominal. La conclusión hallada fue que existe influencia positiva entre clima laboral y productividad de los colaboradores de la institución financiera Caja Sullana S.Aoficina Paita, 2020.

This research project aimed to analyze the work environment and its influence on the productivity of the employees of the financial institution Caja Sullana S.A. - Paita office, 2020. The statement of the problem was: How does the work climate affect the productivity of the employees of the financial institution Caja Sullana S.A. - Paita Office, 2020? and the hypothesis being: There is a positive influence between the work climate and the productivity of the employees of the financial institution Caja Sullana S.A- Paita Office, 2020. The sample that was considered is of 28 collaborators, which represent the number of people that provide financial advice and pay server. The design of the research was correlational and the instrument for data collection was the questionnaire with a Likert and nominal scale. The conclusion was that there is a positive influence between the work environment and the productivity of the employees of the financial institution Caja Sullana S.A. - Paita office, 2020.
