Motivación y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del Hotel Príncipe de Piura - 2020

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del Hotel Príncipe de Piura, 2020. El problema formulado para la investigación ¿Cuál es la relación existe entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del Hotel Príncipe de Piura, 2020? Y se tuvo como hipótesis: La motivación laboral se relaciona de manera positiva con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del Hotel Príncipe de Piura, 2020. El enfoque utilizado en la investigación fue la cuantitativa, el tipo de investigación descriptivo de nivel correlacional, en cuanto a las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios el primero de motivación laboral y desempeño laboral. La población estuvo conformada por 12 empleados, los mismos que fueron estimados como muestra a tratar. La conclusión a la que se llega es que existe relación significativa entre la motivación hacia el trabajo y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Hotel Príncipe de Piura.

The approach used in the research was quantitative, the type of descriptive research at a correlational level, as The survey was used for data collection techniques and instruments, and two questionnaires were used as instruments, the first one on work motivation and work performance. The population was made up of 12 employees, the same who were estimated as a sample to be treated. The conclusion reached is that there is a significant relationship between motivation towards work and work performance of the employees of the Hotel Príncipe de Piura.
