dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación buscó encontrar la relación entre Engagement y
Clima laboral, en una empresa de mantenimiento de la ciudad de Trujillo,
empleándose una muestra de 150 colaboradores, de ambos sexos, con edades
entre los 18 y 60 años, y con contrato vigente en el 2019. Se empleó la Escala
de Engagement en el Trabajo (UWES) de Hallberg y Schaufeli, y la Escala de
Clima Laboral (CL-SPC) de Palma. Los hallazgos mostraron correlación muy
significativa, directa y en grado medio (p<.01), entre las dimensiones de
Engagement (Vigor, Dedicación, Absorción) y las dimensiones de clima laboral
(Realización personal, Involucramiento laboral, Supervisión, Comunicación,
Condiciones Laborales), concluyéndose que a mayor Engagement, mayor Clima

dc.description.abstract | This research seeks to find the relationship between Engagement and Work
environment, in a maintenance company in the city of Trujillo, using a sample of
150 employees, of both sexes, aged between 18 and 60 years, and with a current

findings showed a very significant, direct and medium degree correlation (p <.01),
