dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación descriptiva correlacional tuvo como objetivo principal establecer la
significancia del nivel que existe entre las variables, inteligencia emocional y bienestar psicológico
en alumnas de secundaria de un colegio estatal de Trujillo; este se realizó con la aplicación de los
instrumentos de evaluación psicométrica: Inventario de Inteligencia Emocional de Bar-On
ICE:NA y la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico para Adolescentes (BIEPS-J), que fueron aplicados
a 115 estudiantes de secundaria que formaron parte del universo muestral. Respecto a los
resultados se evidencia una correlación directa significativa (p<.05) entre las variables de estudio
y sus respectivas dimensiones. Dicho de otra manera, el nivel de inteligencia emocional puede
variar acorde a un aumento o disminución en el bienestar psicológico o viceversa. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this descriptive correlational research was to establish the significance of
the level that exists between the variables, emotional intelligence and psychological well-being in
secondary school students from a state school in Trujillo; This was carried out with the application
of the psychometric assessment instruments: Bar-On ICE Emotional Intelligence Inventory: NA
and the Psychological Well-being Scale for Adolescents (BIEPS-J), which were applied to 115
high school students who were part of the sample universe. Regarding the results, there is a
significant direct correlation (p <.05) between the study variables and their respective dimensions.
In other words, the level of emotional intelligence can vary according to an increase or decrease
