Centro educativo básico regular y alternativo e el distrito de Cachicadan, Provincia de Santiago de Chuco - La Libertad

Abstract

Santiago de Chuco es caracterizado por ser un sector agropecuario, donde la agricultura y ganadería es la principal actividad económica. Actualmente, el distrito de Cachicadán, presenta una grave problemática, respecto al sistema educativo. Cachicadán presenta una alta tasa de analfabetismo, siendo uno de sus factores la deserción escolar, a su vez el distrito no posee infraestructuras escolares en condiciones para el desarrollo académico, siendo un claro ejemplo la I.E. Andrés Avelino Cáceres. El proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo mejorar la infraestructura y servicio de la I.E. Andrés Avelino Cáceres, habiendo sido construido hace más de 50 años y siendo considerado como colegio emblemático, sin embargo, en la actualidad presenta cuantiosos problemas a nivel de infraestructura y educativo. Este proyecto busca, mejorar no solo, la calidad educativa de los alumnos, sino también de la comunidad, mediante servicios complementarios culturales y educativos, que repotencien el sector. Se propone una relación del centro educativo con los usuarios, más abierto, que dinamice y amplíe los alcances de la educación en aula a la comunidad, con el fin de mejorar la calidad y el servicio de la institución educativa con ambientes óptimos, flexibles y adaptables a las necesidades actuales del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje.

Santiago de Chuco is characterized by being an agricultural sector, where agriculture and livestock is the main economic activity. Currently, the district of Cachicadán, presents a serious problem, regarding the educational system. Cachicadán has a high rate of illiteracy, one of its factors being school dropout, and the district does not have school infrastructure in conditions for academic development, a clear example being the I.E. Andrés Avelino Cáceres. The thesis project aims to improve the infrastructure and service of the I.E. Andrés Avelino Cáceres, having been built more than 50 years ago and being considered as an emblematic school, however at present presents many problems at the level of infrastructure and education. This project seeks to improve not only the educational quality of the students, but also of the community, through complementary cultural and educational services that will strengthen the sector. It proposes a more open relationship between the educational center and the users, which dynamizes and extends the reach of classroom education to the community, in order to improve the quality and service of the educational institution with optimal, flexible and adaptable environments to the current needs of the teaching-learning process.
