Conocimiento de multifondos y la decisión de cambio de tipo de fondo de los afiliados al sistema privado de pensiones - Trujillo 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación fue elaborada con el propósito de determinar si existe relación entre el conocimiento de multifondos y la decisión de cambio del tipo de fondo de los afiliados al Sistema Privado de Pensiones –Trujillo 2021. El problema formuladofue: ¿Existirá relación entre el conocimiento de multifondos y la decisión de cambio del tipo de fondo de los afiliados al Sistema Privado de Pensiones – Trujillo 2021? La hipótesis que se planteó fue que sí existe relación significativa entre el conocimiento de multifondos y la decisiónde cambio del tipo de fondo de los afiliados al Sistema Privado de Pensiones - 2021. Así mismo, se consideró una población de 197,055 afiliados trujillanos y una muestra probabilística de 384 afiliados. El diseño de la investigación empleada fue descriptivo correlacional. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, mientras que, el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Además, se aplicó la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado para corroborar la hipótesis. Por ello, se llegó a la conclusión que sí existe relación significativa entre el conocimiento de los multifondos y la decisión de cambio del tipo de fondo.

This research was prepared with the purpose of determining whether there is a relationship between knowledge of multifunds and the decision to change the type of fund of the members of the Private Pension System - Trujillo 2021. The problem formulated was: Will there be a relationship between knowledge of multifunds and the decision to change the type of fund of the members of the Private Pension System - Trujillo 2021? The hypothesis that was raised was that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of multifunds and the decision to change the type of fund of the affiliates to the Private Pension System - 2021. Likewise, a population of 197,055 Trujillo affiliates and a sample probabilistic of 384 affiliates. The research design used was descriptive and correlational. The technique used was the survey, while the instrument was the questionnaire. In addition, the Chi-square statistical test was applied to corroborate the hypothesis. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge of the multifunds and the decision to change the fund rate.
