Influencia de teletrabajo en la prevención del síndrome Burnout de los trabajadores del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privada los Libertadores, Trujillo año 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio se ha realizado con el objetivo de determinar la influencia del teletrabajo en el síndrome de burnout en los trabajadores del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Los Libertadores, Trujillo año 2020. El diseño de estudio fue descriptiva correlacional de corte transversal. El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario; el que consideró ambas variables de estudio con sus dimensiones, cuya muestra fue realizada a 35 trabajadores. Los resultados arrojaron un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman de r=0,932 entre las variables teletrabajo y Síndrome de Burnout. La hipótesis fue comprobada mediante Rho de Spearman resultando un valor menor a 0,05, lo que significa que se aprobó la hipótesis alterna. La institución a consecuencia de la pandemia está incursionando en el teletrabajo, lo que trae consigo en poner a prueba la cultura organizacional de sus trabajadores, a capacitarse sobre el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas, lo que repercute en el desgaste ocupacional conocido también como Síndrome de Burnout. Finalmente se llegó a la conclusión que el teletrabajo influye significativamente en el síndrome de Burnout de los trabajadores del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Los Libertadores, Trujillo año 2020

The present study has been carried out to determine the influence of telework on the burnout syndrome in workers of the Los Libertadores Private Technological Higher Education Institute, Trujillo in 2020. The study design was descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional. The instrument used was a questionnaire; the one that considered both study variables with their dimensions, whose sample was made of 35 workers. The results yielded a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient of r = 0.932 between the variables telework and Burnout Syndrome. The hypothesis was tested using Spearman's Rho, resulting in a value less than 0.05, which means that the alternative hypothesis was approved. As a result of the pandemic, the institution is venturing into teleworking, which entails testing the organizational culture of its workers, training on the use of technological tools, which has an impact on occupational burnout also known as Syndrome of Burnout. Finally, it was concluded that telework significantly influences the Burnout syndrome of the workers of the Los Libertadores Private Technological Higher Education Institute, Trujillo in 2020.
