dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre
la cultura organizacional y el clima laboral de Caja Raíz Piura, 2021; para lo cual
se ha empleado una investigación de tipo aplicada, descriptiva con diseño no
experimental, transversal, correlacional, en una muestra de 23 colaboradores de
la agencia; se aplicaron los cuestionarios de Cultura Organizacional desarrollado
por Denison et al. (2014), y el de clima laboral, desarrollado por Palma (2004);
obteniendo los siguientes resultados: la cultura de Caja Raíz Piura es débil, el nivel
de clima laboral es medio, existe relación positiva significativa entre las
dimensiones de la cultura organizacional con el clima laboral; se concluye que,
existe relación positiva significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el clima
laboral, con un p-valor = 0.002 < 0.05 y un valor Chi cuadrado de 14,603 > Chi
