dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo principal determinar si el coaching
influye en el desempeño laboral en la empresa Bectek Contratistas de Trujillo,
2021; para lo cual se desarrolló una investigación de tipo aplicada, descriptiva, de
diseño pre experimental con pre y post test; se consideró una muestra de estudio
de 44 colaboradores, aplicando como técnica la encuesta. Se aplicó un pre test,
se desarrolló el plan de coaching y posteriormente se aplicó un post test. Los
principales resultados mostraron que, el nivel inicial de desempeño laboral del
personal era medio en el 75% de los colaboradores, 14% nivel de desempeño alto
y 11% nivel bajo; el nivel de desempeño laboral, después de aplicar el plan de
coaching fue medio en el 82% de los colaboradores, 18% mostró nivel alto de
desempeño y ningún colaborador nivel bajo; variando en 33% los colaboradores
en nivel alto, aumentó 9% los colaboradores en el nivel medio y disminuyó en
100% los colaboradores en nivel bajo de desempeño laboral. Concluyendo que,
el coaching influye significativamente en el desempeño laboral en la empresa
Bectek Contratistas de Trujillo, 2021; según la prueba de Wilcoxon con un p-valor

dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research was to determine if coaching influences job
performance in the company Bectek Contractors de Trujillo, 2021; for which an
applied, descriptive, pre-experimental design with pre and post-test research was
developed; A study sample of 44 collaborators was considered, applying the survey
as a technique. A pre-test was applied, the coaching plan was developed and later
a post-test was applied. The main results showed that the initial level of work
performance of the staff was medium in 75% of the collaborators, 14% high
performance level and 11% low level; the level of job performance, after applying
the coaching plan, was medium in 82% of the collaborators, 18% showed a high
level of performance and no collaborator had a low level; with a 33% variation in
high-level employees, a 9% increase in mid-level employees and a 100% decrease
in employees at a low level of job performance. Concluding that, coaching
significantly influences job performance in the company Bectek Contractors de
