Implementación de la herramienta Balanced Scorecard para acrecentar significativamente la gestión efectiva en la gerencia de la constructora Diagon S.R.L

Abstract

Esta tesis denominada “Implementación de la Herramienta Balanced Scorecard para acrecentar significativamente la gestión efectiva en la Gerencia de la Constructora Diagon S.R.L.”, tiene como objetivo primordial el de realizar un monitoreo y control para cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos del Plan de la misma Empresa Constructora DIAGON S.R.L., buscando optimizar de manera efectiva la gestión de su Gerencia general. Ante esto nos realizamos la siguiente interrogante ¿Implementando la Herramienta Balanced Scorecard se acrecentará significativamente la gestión efectiva en la Gerencia de la Constructora Diagon S.R.L.?; realizando esta tesis del Tipo de Investigación Aplicada, con Tipo de Diseño de Contrastación Pre Experimental – Longitudinal y de Nivel de Investigación Aplicativo, ayudándonos de Cuestionario de Encuesta, Técnicas de Observación No Conductiva, Fichas de Resumen y Textuales. Se procedió a distribuir los 10 Objetivos Estratégicos en las 4 perspectivas del B.S.C.: “Financiera”, “Cliente”, “Procesos Internos” y “Aprendizaje y Crecimiento”; después establecer a cada uno de los objetivo sus respectivos Indicadores, Inductores e Iniciativas (escalándolos de Mayor a Menor Impacto); luego planificaremos sus metas mensuales para a continuación medir todos los fines de mes cada indicador y evaluarlo con el semáforo respecto a lo planificado, enseguida estos resultados obtenidos se graficarán en barras estadísticas para una mejor comprensión; finalmente se realizarán los Reportes Estratégicos de Objetivos, de Indicadores y de Iniciativas; culminando con una medición de Eficiencia, Eficacia y Efectividad tanto de forma Tradicional como con la aplicación del Balanced Scorecard, denotando una mejora superior al 25% y siendo respaldada por la docimasia de hipótesis. Concluyendo esta investigación con los resultados esperados, mejorando significativamente la gestión de esta empresa constructora con la aplicación del B.S.C. y recomendado su uso en otras empresas constructoras, incluso en gerencias de obras de entidades públicas.

This thesis called ““Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Tool to significantly increase the effective management in the Management of the Diagon SRL Construction Company““, has as its primary objective to carry out a monitoring and control to meet the strategic objectives of the Plan of the Construction Company itself. DIAGON SRL, seeking to effectively optimize the management of its General Management. Given this, we ask ourselves the following question: Will implementing the Balanced Scorecard Tool significantly increase effective management in the Management of Construction Diagon S.R.L.? carrying out this thesis of the Type of Applied Research, with the Type of Pre-Experimental Contrast Design - Longitudinal and of the Applied Research Level, helping us with the Survey Questionnaire, Non-Conductive Observation Techniques, Summary and Text Sheets. The 10 Strategic Objectives were distributed in the 4 perspectives of the B.S.C.: ““Financial““, ““Client““, ““Internal Processes““ and ““Learning and Growth““; then establish their respective Indicators, Drivers and Initiatives for each of the objectives (scaling them from Greater to Less Impact); then we will plan your monthly goals to then measure each indicator at the end of the month and evaluate it with the traffic light with respect to what was planned, immediately these results obtained will be graphed in statistical bars for a better understanding; Finally, the Strategic Reports of Objectives, Indicators and Initiatives will be carried out; culminating in a measurement of Efficiency, Effectiveness and Effectiveness both in a Traditional way and with the application of the Balanced Scorecard, denoting an improvement of more than 25% and being supported by the docimasia of hypotheses. Concluding this investigation with the expected results, significantly improving the management of this construction company with the application of the B.S.C. and recommended its use in other construction companies, including in works management of public entities.
