dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo principal determinar la relación que
existe entre Endomarketing y Compromiso Organizacional de la empresa
Ortopédica Traumatológica Deseret E.I.R.L. Trujillo, 2021, empleando para ello una
investigación no experimental, transversal, correlacional, aplicada en una muestra
de 30 colaboradores, como técnica se aplicó la encuesta y como instrumento a dos
cuestionarios uno para medición del endomarketing y otro para medir el
compromiso organizacional del personal, se obtuvo por resultado que tanto el
compromiso afectivo, normativo como continuo guardan relación positiva
significativa con el endomarketing, con niveles de significancia de 0.000<0.05. La
investigación concluye que, el endomarketing se relaciona significativamente con el
compromiso organizacional al obtener un coeficiente de correlación de Spearmande
0.806 y un nivel de significancia de 0.000<0.05 según Spearman y un valor Chi
Cuadrado de 23,088 mayor al chi cuadrado tabulado de 5,9915 | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between
Endomarketing and Organizational Commitment of the company Orthopedic
Traumatology Deseret E.I.R.L. Trujillo, 2021, using a non-experimental, cross sectional, correlational investigation, applied to a sample of 30 collaborators, as a
technique the survey was applied and as an instrument two questionnaires, one to
measure endomarketing and the other to measure the organizational commitment
of the staff. , it was obtained as a result that both the affective, normative and
continuous commitment have a significant positive relationship with endomarketing,
with significance levels of 0.000<0.05. The research concludes that endomarketing
is significantly related to organizational commitment by obtaining a Spearman
correlation coefficient of 0.806 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 according to
Spearman and a Chi Square value of 23,088 greater than the tabulated chi square
