Diseño de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la Ley N° 29783 para reducir los riesgos laborales en la empresa SAGE ELEC PERÚ S.A.C

Abstract

La empresa SAGE ELEC PERÚ S.A.C. al ser una empresa que recién está ingresando al mercado no cuenta con un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para su proceso productivo que se basa en diseñar y automatizar dispositivos electrónicos. Al implementar este sistema, le permitirá salvaguardar la integridad de sus trabajadores de aquellos riesgos que atenten contra su salud y seguridad. Por lo que proponemos diseñar un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo según lo establecido en la ley peruana N° 29783, con el objetivo principal de reducir aquellos riesgos y evitar así pérdidas económicas debido a accidentes o sanciones que impone la SUNAFIL. Para realizar ello, primero se ejecutó un análisis y diagnóstico de la situación actual de toda la empresa conforme a lo establecido en los lineamientos propuestos por la Ley peruana concerniente, en el cual muestra el grado de conformidad de la empresa frente a los mismos sólo es de un 4%. Posterior a ello, se propuso un Plan de Seguridad y Salud, donde se evaluaron los principales peligros y riesgos a los que se exponen los trabajadores utilizando la matriz IPERC, obteniendo como resultado que el nivel de riesgo que tiene la mayor cantidad es importante y a partir de ello se realizaron las propuestas de medidas correctivas con las que se eliminarían aquellos riesgos intolerables. Dos de las mejoras más importantes que contribuirán de manera significativa a la disminución de riesgos son la estandarización de procesos y establecimiento del uso de EPP. Por último, se realizó un estudio económico costo/beneficio para determinar si es viable o no invertir en la puesta en marcha del SST obteniendo un VAN S/ 291,658.82 y una TIR 144% por lo tanto, se considera que la implementación de la propuesta de SSST es viable.

Two of the most important improvements that will contribute significantly to risk reduction are the standardization of processes and the establishment of the use of PPE. Finally, a cost / benefit economic study was carried out to determine whether or not it is feasible to invest in the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health System obtaining a NPV S./ 291,658.82 and IRR 144%, therefore, it is considered that the implementation of SSST's proposal is viable.
