Incubadora de negocios S360° y su influencia en el emprendimiento de los alumnos de Administración de UPAO Trujillo 2020- 20

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el propósito de determinar la influencia de la incubadora S360 en el emprendimiento de los alumnos de Administración de UPAO Trujillo-2020-20. Para la presente investigación se tomó como población a los 1715 alumnos de la escuela de administración que registraron matrícula en el semestre 2020-20, donde participaron 315, de los cuales para fines de la investigación se utilizó como muestra óptima 87 estudiantes, que se obtuvieron al realizar el primer filtro mediante la encuesta. Asimismo, solo se tomaron los datos de los alumnos del tercero al décimo ciclo a la fecha de la aplicación, semestre 2021-20, a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario elaborado para tal fin, también se realizó una entrevista al jefe de la oficina de emprendimiento e innovación utilizando la guía de entrevista. El diseño empleado fue explicativo causal de corte transversal. Para el análisis, organización y presentación de los datos se utilizaron los programas MS Excel, IBM SPSS versión 28.0 y Microsoft Word. Asimismo, se empleó la prueba estadística no paramétrica Chi cuadrado de Pearson para comprobar la hipótesis. Los resultados de la investigación han permitido determinar que la influencia que genera la incubadora de negocios S360 en el emprendimiento de los alumnos de la carrera de Administración de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego de la ciudad de Trujillo en el semestre 2020-20 es significativa, porque les brinda todo lo necesario para validar y poner en marcha sus ideas de negocio, de esta forma ayuda en la formación y desarrollo de los emprendimientos. Si bien es cierto que la incubadora de negocios es una alternativa clave, debemos tener en cuenta que es un factor de impulso para el ecosistema emprendedor, además según el análisis teórico los factores personales y del entorno, también contribuyen, todo es una suma, por ello es importante la sinergia de los diferentes actores del ecosistema e identificar los factores de mayor y menor impacto para potenciarlos.

The present research work was carried out with the purpose of determining the influence of the S360 incubator on the entrepreneurship of the students of Administration of UPAO Trujillo-2020-20. For the present research, the population was taken as 1715 students of the school of administration who registered in the 2020-2020 semester, where 315 participated, of which for research purposes 87 students were used as an optimal sample, which were obtained by performing the first filter through the survey. Likewise, only the data of students from the third to the tenth cycle at the date of application, semester 2021-20, were taken, to whom the questionnaire prepared for this purpose was applied; an interview was also conducted with the head of the office of entrepreneurship and innovation using the interview guide. The design used was causal explanatory and cross-sectional. MS Excel, IBM SPSS version 28.0 and Microsoft Word were used for the analysis, organization and presentation of the data. Likewise, the nonparametric statistical test Pearson's Chi-square was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research have made it possible to determine that the influence generated by the S360 business incubator on the entrepreneurship of the students of the Administration career of the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego of the city of Trujillo in the 2020-20 semester is significant, because it provides them with everything they need to validate and implement their business ideas, thus helping in the formation and development of entrepreneurship. While it is true that the business incubator is a key alternative, we must take into account that it is a driving factor for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, also according to the theoretical analysis, personal and environmental factors also contribute, everything is a sum, so it is important the synergy of the different actors of the ecosystem and identify the factors of greater and lesser impact to enhance them.
